I work with individuals, couples, and families to overcome shame, depression, anger, anxiety, and a range of other issues. I use a psychodynamic approach utilizing techniques from CBT, DBT, and Imago theory. Sessions are typically one hour long but can be extended by request. Insurances accepted. Free consults offered.
